Our competitive callout rates differ across the range, so we ask that you check the charge when you call. We operate an initial (first) hour and subsequent hour charging system across the disciplines with varying rates according to application, location and time of day or night. We endeavour to keep our service as flexible as possible within the operational constraints imposed by government and local authorities. We do a lot of work in airports, shopping centres and major public areas where we are happy and able to comply with the regulations in force from the managing bodies. Our health and safety record is second to none having had 0 accidents or claims against us since we started trading in 2002. Our complaints procedure is thorough and rigorous, but as yet untested in reality. However, we are fully insured in all aspects of the work we undertake and our customers can be certain of any unfortunate occurrence being fully corrected. Overall, if you have a problem – call us.
