Just Solutions Ltd offer a comprehensive range of preventative maintenance plans covering many parts of the UK. Each type of system requires different aspects of maintenance depending upon its functionality – for example CCTV camera lenses require periodic inspection and cleaning, while many alarm system control units are never cleaned from the beginning to the end of their lives, but they are inspected and tested in performance terms. Our maintenance plans for each system take these differences into account and thus a ‘bronze’ plan for 1 type of system can easily be more expensive than a ‘gold’ plan for a different type. Generally we offer three standards of maintenance, ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ and ‘Bronze’ plans for every type of system we maintain. The differences can be varied according to the type of system concerned, but in general ‘Bronze’ guarantees a response to a call out within 24 hours together with annual service as needed by the equipment; however no labour or parts are covered. ‘Silver’ is ‘Bronze’ plus labour costs incurred during the contract term, and ‘Gold’ is ‘Silver’ plus the cost of parts required during the term. Preventative maintenance includes an aspect of testing and we offer full testing services for both maintenance requirements and statutory compliance with regard to safety etc. All our maintenance activities are carried out by our highly competent engineering team, trained and experienced in the systems concerned. |
